I have used Butlers three times now – twice for regular carpet cleaning and once for an emergency stain removal. I’ve been more than pleased, each time.
Martin is so polite, professional and thorough. You couldn’t ask for a better technician. This time he came with Jonathan who was also courteous and very helpful. Martin is very knowledgeable about the care of carpets and offers excellent advice.
The carpets are always so well vacuumed first, furniture moved carefully (and always with permission!) and the actual cleaning done with such attention to detail that they come up looking like new!
Martin kindly asked if there was anything else he could do this time, and offered to clean both my lounge room rugs at no extra cost. I was ready to replace one, but now I don’t have to! What a beautiful job!
Butlers certainly go that ‘one step’ further in all that they do. It is the little extras they provide, that really make it worth paying a bit extra for. I highly recommend their little bottle of stain remover too.
