2. Arrival

  • Our technicians will turn up at your house On time, Fully trained and uniformed with ID badges and greet you with our Friendly Smile. Before he enters your house He’ll place our Company Mat downJust to make sure no more soil enters your home. We’ll even ask you if it’s ok where we have parked our vehicle.

3. Service

  • We will provide an inspection of your areas before cleaning, to fully understand Your Needs and Expectations.

4. Post Service

  • After cleaning, technicians will Replace as much furniture as possible and Coaster Furniture so your clean carpets won’t be marked.
  • We’ll then go through our ‘Checklist’ with you to make sure Your Completely Satisfied.
  • Then we’ll supply you with “Shoe Covers” - So you can walk on your Fresh Clean Carpet without worrying about marking it.
  • Then we’ll Clean your Vacuum Cleaner – Just to make sure that you’ll be able to keep your freshly cleaned carpets looking that way after we’ve gone.
